Reformer Pilates uses a specialized machine with a sliding carriage, springs, and straps to create resistance-based movement. It builds strength, flexibility, and body awareness through controlled, precise work.
We are small by design: eight reformers, precise instruction, and a studio experience shaped around intention rather than volume. The result is personal attention in a setting that feels refined, warm, and deeply considered.
Start with PREMIÈRE. It is our foundational class, designed to introduce you to the reformer with care and precision. No experience is necessary.
Wear form-fitting, comfortable clothes: leggings or fitted shorts and a fitted top work best. Avoid loose clothing that can get caught in the reformer, and skip zippers and jewelry to protect the upholstery. Grip socks are required for all classes.
Bring yourself and a pair of grip socks, which are required. We provide all the equipment. If you don't have grip socks, you can purchase them from our online store ahead of time and pick them up at the studio before your class. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit so we can welcome you, show you the studio, and set you up on the reformer.
Pilates can be supportive during pregnancy, but modifications matter. Please get clearance from your healthcare provider and tell your instructor before class so we can adapt your session appropriately.
Every injury is different. Please consult your healthcare provider before starting and tell your instructor about your condition before class. Private sessions may be the best first step when you need more individual attention.
Yes. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety. Bring your own pair, or purchase them from our online store ahead of time and pick them up at the studio before your class.
